Es wird ein Einparkverfahren für ein Fahrzeug vorgeschlagen, wobei das Fahrzeug während des Einparkens automatisch so gelenkt wird, dass ein gewünschter Abstand zu einer seitlichen Parklückenbegrenzung bei möglichst paralleler Ausrichtung zu der Parklückenbegrenzung erricht wird.

The invention relates to a parking assist method for a vehicle during which the vehicle is automatically steered during the parking maneuver so that a desired distance from a lateral parking space boundary is established with an orientation that is as parallel as possible to the parking space boundary.
