Abstract:
(EN) A transparent conductive film wherein carbon nanotubes are dispersively embedded in the surface portion of a resin film is produced by (A) dispersing carbon nanotubes on a substrate surface, (B) forming a transparent resin film over the substrate on which the carbon nanotubes are dispersed, and then (C) separating the thus-formed resin film. This is a novel technique for realizing a highly transparent conductive film which is flexible and highly conductive even when the amount of carbon nanotubes used therefor is small.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pellicule conductrice transparente dans laquelle sont incorporés de manière dispersée des nanotubes de carbone dans la partie superficielle d'une pellicule de résine, ladite pellicule conductrice étant fabriquée par (A) dispersion de nanotubes de carbone sur la surface du substrat, (B) formation d'une pellicule de résine transparente sur le substrat dans lequel sont dispersés les nanotubes de carbone, et puis (C) séparation de la pellicule de résine ainsi formée. Il s'agit d'une technique nouvelle pour la réalisation d'une pellicule conductrice transparente qui est souple et hautement conductrice même lorsque la quantité de nanotubes de carbone utilisée est faible.
(JA) (A)基板表面にカーボンナノチューブを分散させ、(B)カーボンナノチューブが分散された基板上に透明樹脂フィルムを成膜し、次いで(C)皮膜された樹脂フィルムを分離することで、樹脂フィルムの表面部にカーボンナノチューブが分散包埋された透明導電性フィルムを製造する。少ないカーボンナノチューブの使用量であっても高い導電性が得られ、しかも柔軟で、透明性の高い導電性フィルムをも実現することのできる新しい技術的手段を提供する。
