Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Brennkraftmaschine (1), bei dem Kraftstoff mittels einer Einspritzvorrichtung (9) in einen Brennraum (4) eines Zylinders (3) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) eingespritzt wird, wobei eine einzuspritzende Kraftstoffmenge in Abhängigkeit von individuellen Eigenschaften der Einspritzvorrichtung (9) ermittelt wird, und bei dem eine Funktionsüberwachung durchgeführt wird, bei der auf Basis von Betriebsgrößen der Brennkraftmaschine (1) ein Istdrehmoment (M) ermittelt und auf eine Abweichung von einem zulässigen Drehmoment (M_z) überwacht wird. Die individuellen Eigenschaften der Einspritzvorrichtung (9) werden bei der Ermittlung des Istdrehmoments (M) berücksichtigt, wodurch die Funktionsüberwachung verbessert wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for operating an internal combustion engine (1), whereby the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber (4) of a cylinder (3) of the internal combustion engine (1) using an injection device (9). The inventive method is characterized in that a fuel amount to be injected is determined depending on the individual properties of the injection device (9) and the system functions are monitored. An actual torque (M) is detected on the basis of the parameters of the internal combustion engine (1) and is monitored for a deviation from an admissible torque (M_z). The individual properties of the injection device (9) are taken into consideration when determining the actual torque (M), thereby improving supervision of the system functions.
(FR) Procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un moteur à combustion interne (1), selon lequel du carburant est injecté à l'aide d'un dispositif d'injection (9) dans la chambre de combustion (4) d'un cylindre (3) du moteur à combustion interne (1), une quantité de carburant à injecter étant déterminée en fonction de propriétés individuelles du dispositif d'injection (9), et selon lequel une surveillance de fonction est assurée, un couple réel (M) étant déterminé sur la base de grandeurs de fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne (1) et étant surveillé à la recherche d'un écart par rapport à un couple acceptable (M_z). Les propriétés individuelles du dispositif d'injection (9) sont prises en compte pour la détermination du couple réel (M), ce qui permet l'amélioration de la surveillance de fonction.
