Abstract
(EN) The invention refers to a sealed, self-aligning bearing having an inner bearing ring (1) with race tracks (3a, 3b) for rolling bodies (3e), and an outer bearing ring (2) with a race track (4) for the rolling bodies, positioned radially outside the inner bearing ring, at least at one side of the bearing, a bearing seal (10) arranged in the bearing axially outside the race tracks (3a, 3b, 4) and designed to bridge the space between the inner and outer bearing rings (1, 2), the bearing seal (10) having an outer annular rim (11) fitted in an annular groove (8) in the inner surface of the outer bearing ring (2) and an inner annular rim (12) arranged slidingly to contact the outer surface of the inner bearing ring (1), the outer rim (11) and the inner rim (12) of the bearing seal (10) being interconnected by an intermediate member (13), wherein the intermediate member (13) interconnecting the outer rim (11) and the inner rim of the bearing seal (10), is a bellows-like thin membrane, with an ability of alternatively being stretched and compressed for permitting the bearing rings (1, 2) of the self-aligning bearing to make displacements and/or angular misalignments.
(FR) L'invention concerne un roulement étanche à auto-alignement possédant un anneau de roulement interne (1) avec des pistes (3a, 3b) pour corps roulants (3e) et un anneau de roulement externe (2) avec une piste (4) pour corps roulants, disposé radialement à l'extérieur de l'anneau de roulement interne, d'au moins un des côtés du roulement, un joint d'étanchéité (10) du roulement étant ménagé dans le roulement axialement, à l'extérieur des pistes (3a, 3b, 4) et étant conçu pour refermer l'espace entre les anneaux externe et interne (1, 2), le joint d'étanchéité (10) du roulement possédant un rebord annulaire externe (11) inséré dans le logement annulaire (8) à la surface interne de l'anneau de roulement externe (2), et un rebord annulaire interne (12) disposé coulissant de manière à contacter la surface externe de l'anneau de roulement interne (1), le rebord externe (11) et le rebord interne (12) du joint d'étanchéité (10) étant interconnectés par un élément intermédiaire (13), l'élément intermédiaire (13) interconnectant le rebord externe (11) et le rebord interne du joint d'étanchéité (10) se présentant comme une mince membrane en forme de soufflet ayant la capacité de s'étirer ou de se comprimer pour permettre aux anneaux de roulement (1, 2) du roulement à auto-alignement de se déplacer et/ou de se de se décaler de façon angulaire.
