Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a phosphated galvanized steel sheet comprising a steel sheet, a zinc-plating layer of &eegr; single phase which is formed on at least one side of the steel sheet and contains Ni in an amount of not less than 10 ppm by mass and not more than the solubility limit thereof, and a phosphate layer which is formed on the zinc-plating layer and contains Mg in an amount of not less than 0.1% by mass and less than 2.0% by mass. Although this steel sheet is not subjected to sealing, it has corrosion resistance equivalent to or higher than those of conventional steel sheets which have been subjected to sealing, while having excellent blackening resistance.
(FR) L'invention décrit une tôle en acier galvanisé phosphaté comprenant une tôle d'acier, une couche de placage de zinc de phase simple &eegr; formée sur au moins un côté de la tôle d'acier et qui contient du Ni dans une proportion supérieure à 10 ppm en masse et inférieure à la limite de solubilité de celui-ci, et une couche phosphatée qui est formée sur la couche de placage de zinc et qui contient du Mg dans une proportion supérieure à 0,1% en masse et inférieure à 2,0% en masse. Bien que cette tôle d'acier ne soit pas soumise au scellage, elle présente une résistance à la corrosion équivalente ou supérieure à celle de tôles d'acier conventionnelles qui ont été soumises au scellage, tout en ayant une excellente résistance au noircissement.
(JA) りん酸塩処理亜鉛めっき鋼板は、鋼板、該鋼板の少なくとも片面に、10 質量 ppm以上かつ固溶限界以下のNiを含有するη単相の亜鉛めっき層、および該亜鉛めっき層の上に、0.1質量%以上2.0質量%未満のMgを含有するりん酸塩処理層を有する。該鋼板は、sealingを行うことなく、sealingを伴う従来品と同等以上の耐食性を有し、かつ優れた耐黒変性も有する。
