(EN) A blister pack opener, wich comprises, a puncture mechanism (2), a top segment (1) and a base segment (3), at least a portion (5) of said top segment and said segment (3) being rigidly connected to one another, said base segment having an identation (4) therein wich is of size to receive a blister packwell that encloses a pharmaceutical dosage unit, and said top segment puncture mechanism (2) located thereon, wherein said puncture mechanism is shaped to have a larger perimeter than the perimeter of said pharmaceutical dosage unit and further shaped to nest within said identation (4) wherein said top segment or said base segment comprise a flexible material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un organe d'ouverture de plaquettes alvéolaires. Cet organe comprend un mécanisme de ponction (2), un segment supérieur (1) et un segment de base (3). Une partie (5) au moins dudit segment supérieure et dudit segment de base (3) sont reliées de façon rigide l'une à l'autre. Le segment de base comprend un espace (4) dont les dimensions permettent de recevoir une alvéole contenant une unité de dosage pharmaceutique et le mécanisme de ponction (2) du segment supérieur. Le mécanisme de ponction est conçu pour avoir un périmètre supérieur à celui de ladite unité de dosage pharmaceutique et pour avoir une forme lui permettant de se loger dans ledit espace (4). Le segment supérieur ou le segment de base est constitué d'un matériau flexible.
