Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides compositions and methods for identifying compounds for treating cancer as well as methods for predicting a prognosis of cancer. In particular, the present invention provides methods and kits for identifying inhibitors of the interaction between ANLN and RhoA which find utility in the treatment and prevention of cancer, particularly lung cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Also disclosed herein are compositions for treating or preventing cancer identified by the screening method of the present invention and methods of using same in the treatment and prevention of cancer.
(FR) Cette invention donne des compositions et des méthodes pour les composés d'identification pour le traitement du cancer ainsi que des méthodes pour la prédiction d'un pronostic de cancer. En particulier, cette invention donne des méthodes et des kits pour inhibiteurs d'identification de l'interaction entre l'ANLN et le RhoA qui s'avèrent utiles dans le traitement et la prévention du cancer, et plus spécialement des cancers du poumon tels que le cancer du poumon non à petites cellules. Sont également proposées des compositions pour le traitement ou la prévention du cancer identifié par la méthode de sélection de la présente invention et des méthodes pour leur utilisation dans le traitement et la prévention du cancer.
