Abstract
(EN) A biaxially oriented polyester film bearing a layer (A) of a polyester comprising butylene terephthalate units and having a melting point of 240˚C or below, wherein the lengthwise edge -tear resistance of the film is smaller than the widthwise edge -tear resistance thereof and the lengthwise and widthwise edge-tear resistances of the film are each 40N or below; a biaxially oriented polyester film which has a crystallization temperature (Tc) of 125˚C or above and whose lengthwise and widthwise edge-tear resistances are each 80N or below; and a biaxially oriented polyester film which is a laminate obtained by sandwiching the layer (A) between two films (B) of a polyester having a melting point higher than that of the polyester of the layer(A) by at least 10˚C and uniting them, wherein the lengthwise and widthwise edge-tear resistances of the film are each 80N or below and the elongation of the film at break is 50 % or below. These biaxially oriented polyester films are excellent in film-formation stability and exhibit such good hand-cutting property (tearability) as to permit practical use only through lamination with a sealant layer alone, thus being useful as substitutes for current packaging materials including cellophane, moistureproof cellophane, and K-coat cellophane.
(FR) Film polyester à orientation biaxiale portant une couche (A) de polyester comprenant des unités de butylène téréphtalate et ayant un point de fusion égal ou inférieur à 240°C, ledit film ayant une résistance au déchirement en longueur inférieure à sa résistance au déchirement en largueur et des résistances au déchirement en longueur et en largeur sont chacune égales ou inférieures à 40 N ; film polyester à orientation biaxiale ayant une température de cristallisation (Tc) supérieure ou égale à 125°C et dont les résistances au déchirement en longueur et en largeur sont chacune égales ou inférieures à 80 N ; et film polyester à orientation biaxiale qui est un stratifié obtenu en enserrant la couche (A) entre les deux films (B) formés d’un polyester ayant un point de fusion supérieur à celui du polyester de la couche (A) par au moins 10°C et les unissant, le film ayant des résistances au déchirement en longueur et en largeur égales ou inférieures à 80 N chacun et un allongement à la rupture égal ou inférieur à 50 %. Ces films polyesters à orientation biaxiale ont une excellente stabilité de formation de film et démontrent de si bonnes propriétés de découpage manuel (déchirabilité) qu’un usage pratique n’est possible qu’à l’aide d’un laminage avec couche adhésive uniquement, et sont donc utiles comme substituts de matériaux d’emballage actuels y compris le cellophane, le cellophane étanche et le cellophane K-coat.
(JA)  本発明は、ブチレンテレフタレート単位を含む、融点240°C以下のポリエステル層(A層)を有するフィルムであって、フィルムの長手方向の端裂抵抗値が幅方向の端裂抵抗値より小さく、フィルムの長手方向および幅方向の端裂抵抗が40N以下である二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム、フィルムの結晶化温度(Tc)が125°C以上であり、フィルムの長手方向および幅方向の端裂抵抗値がいずれも80N以下である二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム及びブチレンテレフタレート単位を含むポリエステル層(A)の両面にポリエステル層(A)の融点より10°C以上高いポリエステル層(B)を積層し、フィルムの長手方向および幅方向の端裂抵抗値が80N以下であり、破断伸び率が50%以下である二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムに関する。斯かる二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムは、製膜安定性に優れ、セロハン、防湿セロハン、或いはKコートセロハン等の現行包装材料に替わりうる、シーラント層のみのラミネートでも使用できる手切れ性(引裂性)の良いフィルムである。
