Abstract
(EN) A Novel Unique Quick Continuous Self-Cleaning Stationary Yoked Pair Conical Frustum Vacuum Filtration Vessels Solid-Liquid Separator & Liquid Recycler comprising of mixture inlet, mixture receiver hopper, mixture releasing pipe chute, two identical frustum vacuum filtration vessels, one hanging cylindrical vacuum sieve, overflow releasing pipe chute yoke, overflow distributor trough and solid discard mechanism has a unique design arrangement so that the equipment continuously maintain the filter medium in a clean condition to achieve continuous filtration at low vacuum with high rate of liquid filtration continuously separating solid from the mixture and medium with ease to discharge solid out of the system by taking advantage of the natural forces acting on the separated solid. The mechanical details of the equipment particularly of the flow channel and support for the medium, influence the way the cake is built up and the ease with which it may be removed.
(FR) Nouveau séparateur solides/liquides unique autonettoyant en continu et rapide à paires de tamis stationnaires sous vide à corps accouplés, et dispositif de recyclage de liquide comportant un orifice d'admission de mélange, une trémie de réception de mélange, une goulotte à conduit de décharge de mélange, deux récipients de filtration sous vide à corps identiques, un tamis sous vide suspendu de forme cylindrique, une fourche de conduite de décharge à trop-plein, une cuve de distribution de trop-plein et un mécanisme de rejet de solides présentant un agencement unique de sorte que l'équipement maintient en continu le média filtrant dans une condition de propreté pour réaliser une filtration continue à vide peu poussé avec une vitesse élevée de filtration de liquide en continu séparant de la matière solide du mélange et du filtre avec une facilité pour l'évacuation de la matière solide hors du système en utilisant les forces naturelles exercées sur la matière solide séparée. Les détails mécaniques de l'équipement, notamment du canal d'écoulement et du support pour le média filtrant, agissent sur la façon dont le pain est formé et la facilité avec laquelle il peut être éliminé.
