Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von gehärteten Bauteilen aus Stahlblech, umfassend zumindest die folgenden Verfahrenschritte: a) Formen von Formteilen aus einem Stahlblech; wobei b) vor, beim oder nach dem Formen des Formteils ein notwendiger Endbeschnitt des Formteils und gegebenenfalls erforderliche Ausstanzungen bzw. die Erzeugung eines Lochbildes vorgenommen wird, wobei c) das Formteil anschließend zumindest teilbereichsweise auf eine Temperatur erhitzt wird, welche eine Austenitisierung des Stahlwerkstoffes ermöglicht, und d) das Bauteil anschließend in ein Formhärtewerkzeug überführt wird und im Formhärtewerkzeug eine Formhärtung durchgeführt wird, bei der durch das zumindest teilbereichsweise Anlegen und Pressen des Bauteils durch die Formhärtewerkzeuge das Bauteil gekühlt und dadurch gehärtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, e) dass das Bauteil vom Formhärtewerkzeug im Bereich der positiven Radien gestützt wird teilbereichsweise zumindest und im Bereich der Beschnittkanten verzugsfrei klemmend festgehalten wird, wobei in den Bereichen in denen das Bauteil nicht geklemmt wird das Bauteil zumindest zu einer Formwerkzeughälfte mit einem Spalt beabstandet ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing quenched components consisting of sheet steel, comprising the following steps: a) shaped parts are formed from sheet steel; b) the end of the shaped part is cut and the sheet steel is optionally punched or provided with a desired hole pattern prior to, during, or after the forming of the shaped part; c) at least some sections of the shaped part are subsequently heated to a temperature that permits the steel material to austenitize; and d) the component is then transferred to a quenching die, where it is subjected to a quenching process, during which the component is cooled and thus quenched by the contact of the quenching die with some sections of the component and the compression of said sections. The invention is characterised in that the component is supported by the quenching die in the vicinity of the positive radii and that some sections of said component are clamped in a secure manner without distortion in the vicinity of the cut edges. In the sections of the component that are not clamped, the latter is separated from a quenching-die half by a gap.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des composants trempés en acier, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) les parties usinées sont formées à partir d'acier en feuilles ; b) l'extrémité de la partie usinée est coupée et l'acier en feuilles est éventuellement percé ou pourvu d'un motif à trous souhaité, avant, pendant ou après l'usinage de la partie usinée ; c) au moins certaines parties de la partie usinée sont sensiblement chauffées à une température qui permet au matériau acier d'être austénitisé ; et d) le composant est ensuite transféré vers un instrument de trempe par refroidissement, dans lequel il est soumis à un processus de trempage, durant lequel le composant est refroidi, puis durci au contact de l'instrument de trempe par refroidissement de certaines parties du composant et la compression desdites parties. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le composant est supporté par l'instrument de trempe par refroidissement, à proximité des rayons positifs et les parties des composants sont ensuite bloquées de manière sûre sans distorsion, à proximité des bords de coupe. Dans les parties du composant qui ne sont pas bloquées, ces dernières sont espacées de l'instrument de trempe par refroidissement par un intervalle.
