Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung von im wesentlichen enantiomerenreinen 3-Hydroxycarbonsäuren bzw. -estern der allgemeinen Formel (III) indem man racemische Oxetan-2-one der allgemeinen Formel (I) mit Verbindungen R3-OH der allgemeinen Formel (II) in Gegenwart einer Lipase aus Candida antartica oder Burkholderia plantarii ) umsetzt und die erhaltenen Produkte der Formel (III) und (IV) voneinander trennt wobei die Reste folgende Bedeutung aufweisen: R1, R2 , R3 unabhängig voneinander H; C1-C10-substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes Alkyl, substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes Aryl oder Hetaryl, wobei R1 und R2 nicht gleichzeitig diesselbe Bedeutung besitzen dürfen.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing, in essence, enantiomer-pure 3-hydroxycarboxylic acids or esters of general formula (III) by reacting racemic oxetan-2-ones of general formula (I) with compounds R3-OH of general formula (II) in the presence of a lipase from Candida antarctica or Burkholderia plantarii, and separating the obtained products of formula (III) and (IV) from one another, and the radicals have the following meanings: R1, R2 and R3, independent of one another, represent H, C1-C10-substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted aryl or hetaryl, whereby R1 and R2 cannot have the same meaning at the same time.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire des acides 3-hydroxycarboxyliques ou des esters de ceux-ci de formule générale (III), essentiellement exempts d'énantiomères. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en réaction de l'oxétan-2-one racémique de formule générale (I) avec des composés R3-OH de formule générale (II), en présence d'une lipase issue de Candida antartica ou Burkholderia plantarii, puis à séparer les produits obtenus de formule (III) et (IV). Les radicaux ont les significations suivantes : R1, R2, R3 représentent indépendamment les uns des autres H, alkyle non substitué ou à substitution C1-C10 ou aryle ou hétaryle substitué ou non substitué, R1 et R2 ne devant pas avoir la même signification en même temps.
