Abstract
(EN) A method of realizing selective separation of metallic monolayer carbon nanotubes and semiconductor carbon nanotubes from fascicular carbon nanotubes; and obtaining of metallic monolayer carbon nanotubes separated at high purity through the above method. Metallic monolayer carbon nanotubes are dispersed (raveled) one by one from fascicular carbon nanotubes not only by the use of a difference in interaction with amine between metallic monolayer carbon nanotubes and semiconductor carbon nanotubes due to a difference in electrical properties between metallic monolayer carbon nanotubes and semiconductor carbon nanotubes but also by the use of the fact that an amine is an important factor in SWNTs separation. The thus dispersed carbon nanotubes are subjected to centrifugation, thereby attaining separation from non-dispersed semiconductor carbon nanotubes.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant d'effectuer une séparation sélective de nanotubes de carbone monocouche métalliques et de nanotubes de carbone à semi-conducteurs à partir de nanotubes de carbone fasciculaires, et d'obtenir des nanotubes de carbone monocouche métalliques séparés, de haute pureté, par le procédé précité. Les nanotubes de carbone monocouche métalliques sont dispersés (répartis) un par un à partir des nanotubes de carbone fasciculaires, non seulement par la différence de l'interaction avec un amine entre les nanotubes de carbone monocouche métalliques et les nanotubes de carbone à semi-conducteurs du fait d'une différence de propriétés électriques entre les nanotubes de carbone monocouche métalliques et les nanotubes de carbone à semi-conducteurs, mais aussi par le fait qu'un amine est un facteur important dans la séparation des nanotubes de carbone monofeuillets. Les nanotubes de carbone ainsi dispersés sont soumis à une centrifugation, ce qui permet de réaliser une séparation à partir de nanotubes de carbone à semi-conducteurs non dispersés.
(JA)  束状のカーボンナノチューブから金属性単層カーボンナノチューブと半導体カーボンナノチューブを選択的に分離を可能にする方法を実現し、この方法で、高純度に分離された金属性単層カーボンナノチューブ得ることを可能にする。  金属性単層カーボンナノチューブと半導体カーボンナノチューブの電気的特性の違いに基づく、アミンに対する金属性単層カーボンナノチューブと半導体カーボンナノチューブ相互作用の相違を利用するとともに、アミンがSWNTs分離において重要な因子となることを利用して、束状のカーボンナノチューブから金属性単層カーボンナノチューブを1本ずつ分散し(ほぐし)、このようにして分散したカーボンナノチューブを、遠心分離することで、非分散状態の半導体カーボンナノチューブと分離する。
