Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a transflective liquid crystal display and the manufacturing method Thereof, said device mainly includes the first tansparent conductive layer, the first alignment film, the liquid crystal layer, the second alignment layer, the second conductive layer, the color filter layer, the transparent planarization protective layer and the TFT array substrate which are superposed in this order (but the order of the second conductive layer and the color filter layer can be changed); wherein the portion of said transparent planarization protective layer is coatd with a reflective material so as to be a reflective region, and. the other portion of said transparent planarization protective layer which is not coated with the reflective material is etched to a certain deepth so as to be a transmissive region. As a result, the same plane of the transparent planarization protective layer has different height, and the reflected light and transmitted light will be the same colour shade.
(FR) L'invention concerne un afficheur à cristaux liquides transflectif et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci. Le dispositif comprend principalement une première couche conductrice transparente, un premier film d'alignement, une couche de cristaux liquides, une seconde couche d'alignement, une seconde couche conductrice, une couche de filtre couleur, une couche de protection de planarisation transparente et un substrat de réseau TFT, superposés dans cet ordre (la seconde couche conductrice et la couche de filtre couleur peuvent être placées dans un autre ordre). Une partie de la couche de protection de planarisation transparente est revêtue d'une matière réfléchissante qui forme une région réfléchissante; l'autre partie de cette couche de protection, qui n'est pas revêtue de la matière réfléchissante, est gravée à une certaine profondeur pour former une région transmissive. Par conséquent, le même plan de ladite couche de protection présente des hauteurs différentes, et la lumière réfléchie et la lumière transmise présentent la même teinte.
(ZH) 一种半穿透式液晶显示装置及形成该显示装置的方法,液晶显示装置主要包括第一透明导电层、第一配向膜层、液晶层、第二配向膜层、第二透明导电层、滤色材料(Colorfilter-CF)层、透光性平坦化保护层和TFT阵列基板层,由上而下依序重叠组合而成(第二透明导电层和滤色材料层顺序可对调);其中上述透光性平坦化保护层的部分区域上涂布一层可反光材料膜,使其成为反射区域,并将其余区域平坦化保护层--没有涂布可反光材料膜的区域--蚀刻至一深度使其成为透射区域者。藉此,造成平坦化保护层的同一平面具有两种不同的高度面,使经过反射与透过的光线在目视时成为同一颜色深度。
