Abstract: front page image
(EN)A rapidly dissolving film-coated tablet which contains 4-amino-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-N-[[4-(4-fluorobenzyl)-2-morpholinyl]methyl]benzamide (hereinafter referred to as 'compound (A)') or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and has excellent storage stability. The rapidly dissolving film-coated tablet comprises (a) an uncoated tablet containing the compound (A) or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and (b) a coating layer formed on the surface of the uncoated tablet, the coating layer containing substantially no plasticizer or containing at least one plasticizer selected from the group consisting of compounds having one or more ester bonds (e.g., triacetin).
