Abstract
(EN) A tire-holding unit improved in utility, which can be used for carrying out vulcanization and molding with good efficiency and also can prevent the deformation of a green tire; a mold having the unit; and a method for the vulcanization of a tire using the unit. A mold (12) has a tire-holding unit (14) for holding a green tire (30), a lower mold body (28) and an upper mold body (22). The tire-holding unit (14) is equipped with a center post (16) connected removably with the mold (12), bladders (18) attached to the center post (16), and a central upper mold part (24) and a central lower mold part (26) attached respectively to both bladder end sides of the center post (16). The central upper mold part (24) is attached removably to the center post (16). Further, the outside end (26E) in the mold diameter direction of the central lower mold part (26) is positioned in the outside in the mold diameter direction of the position of 1/2 of the tire section height (H) of the mold (12). The upper mold body (22) and the central upper mold part (24) constitute an upper mold (21), and the lower mold body (28) and the central lower mold part (26) constitute a lower mold (29).
(FR) Unité de maintien de pneumatique à fonctionnalité améliorée permettant d’effectuer la vulcanisation et le moulage avec un bon niveau d’efficacité et d’empêcher la déformation d’un pneumatique vert, moule équipé de ladite unité, et méthode de vulcanisation de pneumatique utilisant ladite unité. Un moule (12) est équipé d’une unité de maintien de pneumatique (14) pour tenir un pneumatique vert (30), d’un corps de moule inférieur (28) et d’un corps de moule supérieur (22). L’unité de maintien de pneumatique (14) est équipée d’un montant central (16) relié de façon amovible au moule (12), de vessies (18) fixées au montant central (16), ainsi que d’une partie de moule supérieur central (24) et d’une partie de moule inférieur central (26) fixées respectivement aux deux côtés d’extrémité de vessies du montant central (16). La partie de moule supérieur central (24) est fixée de façon amovible au montant central (16). En outre, l’extrémité extérieure (26E) dans le sens du diamètre du moule de la partie de moule inférieur central (26) est positionnée à l’extérieur dans le sens du diamètre du moule de la position de la moitié de la hauteur transversale du pneumatique (H) du moule (12). Le corps de moule supérieur (22) et la partie de moule supérieur central (24) constituent un moule supérieur (21), tandis que le corps de moule inférieur (28) et la partie de moule inférieur central (26) constituent un moule inférieur (29).
