(EN)The present invention relates to selecting a transport format combination (TFC) such that a quality of service (QoS) is guaranteed in a mobile communication system of a certain level even for a service having a low priority. The present invention selects a transport format combination such that not only a priority of each service is guaranteed but also a service quality is guaranteed by an MAC layer at the time of transporting services having different QoSs and different priorities.
(FR)L'invention porte sur la sélection d'un format de transport (TFC) de manière à garantir une qualité de service (QoS) dans un système de communication mobile d'un certain niveau même pour un service à faible priorité. Cette invention permet de sélectionner une combinaison de format de transport telle que non seulement une priorité de chaque service soit garantie mais aussi qu'une qualité de service soit garantie par une couche MAC au moment du transport de services possédant différentes QoS et différentes priorités.
