(EN)A negative capacitance circuit having impedance frequency characteristic which is inverse with respect to the normal capacitance is connected to a variable capacitance element changing capacitance according to a control voltage as a tuning circuit controlling the oscillation frequency. Thus, it is possible to increase the change ratio based on the control voltage of the combined capacitance including the variable capacitance element and the negative capacitance circuit and broaden the oscillation frequency band.
(FR)Un circuit à capacité négative comportant une caractéristique en fréquence d'impédance qui est inverse par rapport à une capacité normale, est relié à un élément à capacité variable qui modifie de capacité en fonction d'une tension de commande telle qu'un circuit d'accord commandant la fréquence d'oscillation.
