Abstract:
(EN) There are provided novel methods of fabricating batteries, particularly rechargeable lithium ion batteries comprising a microporous polymeric gel layer on one or more electrodes of the batteries. The methods include laminating a gellable polymer film to at least one electrode and forming a microporous gellable polymer layer from the laminated film on the electrode. The microporous gellable polymer layer can be produced by extracting plasticizer from the polymer with a solvent. The polymeric gel on the electrode can be formed by exposing the microporous gellable polymer layer to an electrolyte solution which includes a lithium salt.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de batteries, en particulier ion-lithium rechargeables, qui comprennent une couche de gel polymère microporeuse sur une ou plusieurs électrodes de batterie, prévoyant l'opération suivante : lamination de film polymère gélifiable sur au moins une électrode et formation de couche polymère microporeuse gélifiable à partir du film laminé sur l'électrode. Ladite couche peut être produite par extraction de plastifiant depuis le polymère au moyen d'un solvant. Le gel polymère sur l'électrode peut être formé par exposition de cette couche à une solution d'électrolyte qui renferme un sel de lithium.
