(EN)The invention relates to a method for preparing a hybrid organic-inorganic photoactive semiconductor material consisting of a semiconductor oxide and a semiconductor polymer. Said method is characterised in that it comprises a step for forming the polymer in situ on the surface of the semiconductor oxide by photopolymerisation without the application of an external potential. The invention also relates to the material thus produced, and to the use thereof for photovoltaic cells and superconductors.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d' un matériau semi-conducteur photo-actif hybride organique- inorganique, composé d' un oxyde semi-conducteur et d' un polymère semi-conducteur, caractérisé en ce qu' il comporte une étape de formation in-situ du polymère sur la surface de l' oxyde semi-conducteur par photopolymérisation sans l ' application d' un potentiel externe . Elle concerne également le matériau ainsi réalisé et l ' application pour des cellules photovoltaïques et des super-condensateurs .
