(FR) PROCEDE DE PREPARATION DE MATERIAUX GRAPHITIQUES MAGNETIQUES ET MATERIAUX AINSI OBTENUS
Abstract:
(EN) A process of preparing magnetic graphitic materials from graphite in a second container (3) that reacts with one of more transition metal oxide and in a first container (2) at a volume ratio of 1:1, in a closed reactor (1), heated up to a temperature between 600°C and the melting temperature of the transition oxide (s) for 6 to 36 hours, under a pressure of 10 atmospheres with the help of a transfer inert gas through an inlet (5) and vacuum between 10-2 torr to 10-7 torr through an outlet (6), obtaining at the end of the process a graphitic material with long-lasting magnetic properties at room temperature. The material obtained exhibits a complex structure, with pores, bunches, pilings and edges of exposed graphenes and finds application in nanotechnology, magnetic images in medical science, applications in communication, electronics, sensors, even biosensors, catalysis or separation of magnetic materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de matériaux graphitiques magnétiques à partir de graphite contenue dans un premier récipient (2) mise en réaction avec un ou plusieurs oxydes métalliques de transition dans un second récipient (3) selon un rapport volumique de 1:1, dans un réacteur fermé (1), chauffé à une température variant entre 600 °C et la température de fusion du ou des oxydes de transition pendant 6 à 36 heures, sous une pression de 10 atmosphères et à l'aide d'un gaz inerte de transfert passant par une entrée (5), et un vide entre 10-2 torr et 10-7 torr, et par une sortie (6), permettant d'obtenir à la fin du processus un matériau graphitique présentant des propriétés magnétiques durables à température ambiante. Le matériau obtenu présente une structure complexe avec des pores, des bosses, des empilements et les contours des graphènes exposés, et est utilisé en nanotechnologie, dans les images magnétiques médicales, les applications de communication, en électronique, dans les capteurs, y compris les biocapteurs, et la catalyse ou la séparation des matériaux magnétiques.
