Abstract
(EN) A process for producing a chlorophyll-containing substance by extracting a chlorophyll from a chlorophyll-containing raw material (10) consisting mainly of one or both of silkworm excrements and pulverized silkworms and removing stinking matters from the chlorophyll-containing substance (12) obtained. The chlorophyll-containing substance produced can be stored while maintaining its freshness. The process comprises: a first step comprising extracting a chlorophyll from the chlorophyll-containing raw material (10) with a volatile solvent (11) to prepare a liquid mixture, removing fibers and the solvent (11) from the liquid mixture to obtain a chlorophyll-containing substance (12) containing fats, and adding water (13) thereto in a necessary amount, followed by kneading to obtain a mixture (14); a second step in which the mixture (14) is cooled (15) and held at a temperature higher than 0°C and lower than the temperature at which the fats become solid to thereby sediment water (16) and cause the water-soluble stinking matters including ammonia which are contained in the chlorophyll-containing substance (12) to dissolve in the water (16); and a third step in which the water (16) is removed to obtain a chlorophyll-containing substance (17), from which the stinking matters have been removed.
(FR) Processus de production d'une substance contenant de la chlorophylle par extraction de la chlorophylle à partir d'un matériau brut (10) contenant de la chlorophylle consistant essentiellement en des excréments de vers à soie et des vers à soie pulvérisés et en retirant les matières nauséabondes de la substance (12) obtenue contenant de la chlorophylle. La substance produite contenant de la chlorophylle peut être stockée tout en maintenant sa fraîcheur. Le processus comprend: une première phase comprenant l'extraction d'une chlorophylle à partir d'une matière brute (10) contenant de la chlorophylle avec un solvant volatile (11) pour préparer un mélange liquide, la séparation des fibres et du solvant (11) du mélange liquide pour obtenir une substance (12) contenant de la chlorophylle et des graisses, et en y ajoutant de l'eau (13) en quantité nécessaire, suivies d'un malaxage pour obtenir un mélange (14); une deuxième phase lors de laquelle le mélange (14) est refroidi (15) et maintenu à une température supérieure à 0°C et inférieure à la température à laquelle les graisses se solidifient pour ainsi déposer l'eau (16) et faire que les matières nauséabondes solubles dans l'eau y compris l'ammoniaque contenues dans la substance (12) contenant de la chlorophylle se dissolvent dans l'eau (16); et une troisième phase lors de laquelle l'eau (16) est retirée pour obtenir une substance (17) contenant de la chlorophylle, de laquelle les matières nauséabondes ont été retirées.
(JA) 本発明は、蚕の糞及び蚕の粉砕物の1又は双方を主体とする葉緑素原料(10)から葉緑素を抽出して得た葉緑素含有物(12)中の異臭分を除去し、鮮度を保持した状態で保存することができる葉緑素含有物の製造方法であって、葉緑素原料(10)から揮発性を有する溶媒(11)を用いて葉緑素の抽出処理を行って混合液を造り、混合液から繊維分を除去すると共に溶媒(11)を除去した油脂分を含む葉緑素含有物(12)に、不足する水(13)を加え掻き混ぜて混練物(14)とする第1工程と、混練物(14)を0°Cより高く油脂分が固形物になる温度より低い温度で冷却(15)保持して水(16)を沈下させ、葉緑素含有物(12)中に含まれていたアンモニアを含む水溶性の異臭分を水(16)に溶かす第2工程と、この水(16)を除去し、異臭分が除去された葉緑素含有物(17)を得る第3工程とを有する。
