(EN)The invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) comprising, on a substrate (1), generally one lower electrode (2) followed by a flat conductive organic layer (3), a doped organic layer (4), upon which an organic light-emitting layer (5) is placed, and an upper electrode (7), which is placed upon this organic light-emitting layer and which is essentially transparent to the light produced in the light-emitting layer (5). The lower electrode and the flat organic layer serve as a cathode. The doped layer (4) makes it possible to use a hole-conductive material for the flat layer.
(FR)Diode OLED comprenant, sur un substrat (1), généralement une électrode inférieure (2), puis une couche organique conductrice (3) dite de planéité, puis une couche organique dopée (4), surmontée d'une couche électroluminescente organique (5), elle-même surmontée d'au moins une électrode supérieure (7) qui est sensiblement transparente pour la lumière produite dans la couche électroluminescente (5). L'électrode inférieure et la couche organique de planéité servent de cathode. Grâce à la couche dopée (4), on peut utiliser pour la couche de planéité un matériau pourtant réputé conducteur de trous.
