Abstract:
(EN) A winding type dynamical type lithium-ion secondary battery includes a container, an electrolyte solution, a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate coiled as a core, and a separator interpose between the positive electrode plate and negative electrode plate, it is characterized in that, one edge of the positive electrode plate and one edge of the negative electrode plate which is opposite to the edge of the positive electrode plate are provided with projections and recesses as cuts respectively, said projections and recesses as cuts are spaced regularly, the projections of the edges are used as non-coated tabs, the positive or negative non-coated tab is bundled respectively by a electrode terminal with a bundle part so as to form a positive or negative electrode terminal. One side of the electrical conductive substrate plate is formed with the edge which has projections and recesses spaced regularly, the non-coated projections are used as tab, so that the positive or negative plate is formed with tab integrally. The present invention overcomes the shortcoming in the prior art that the positive or negative electrode plate is connected to tab by welding process. The improved structure not only can simplify process, reduce cost, but also can increase various performance of the lithium-ion secondary battery greatly. The battery structure of the present invention satisfies the need of the manufacture process of the high capacity power-type lithium-ion battery.
(FR) L'invention concerne une batterie secondaire ion-lithium dynamique à enroulement comprenant un boîtier, une solution électrolytique, une plaque d'électrode positive et une plaque d'électrode négative enroulée comme un noyau, et un élément de séparation situé entre la plaque d'électrode positive et la plaque d'électrode négative. La batterie se caractérise par le fait qu'un bord de la plaque d'électrode positive et un bord de la plaque d'électrode négative opposé au bord de la plaque d'électrode positive comportent des éléments saillants et des espaces en retrait, respectivement, les éléments saillants et les espaces en retrait étant répartis de façon régulière. Ces éléments saillants et ces espaces en retrait sont utilisés comme des languettes non revêtues. La languette positive ou négative non revêtue est groupée respectivement à une borne d'électrode avec une partie de groupage pour former une borne d'électrode positive ou négative. Un côté de la plaque substrat électroconductrice est formé avec le bord comportant des éléments saillants et des espaces en retrait répartis de façon régulière, les éléments saillants non revêtus sont utilisés comme des languettes, afin que la plaque positive ou négative soit intégrée dans la languette. La présente invention permet d'éviter les inconvénients liés au soudage de la plaque d'électrode positive ou négative à la languette. Cette structure améliorée permet non seulement de simplifier le procédé et de réduire les coûts, mais également d'augmenter sensiblement les performances de la batterie secondaire ion-lithium. La structure de la batterie de la présente invention répond aux exigences des procédés de fabrication de batteries ion-lithium de grande capacité.
