Title (EN) POLYPEPTIDE INCREASING THE MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY PRODUCTION, NUCLEIC ACID ENCODING SAME AND USE THEREOF
(FR) POLYPEPTIDE AUGMENTANT LA PRODUCTION D'ANTICORPS MONOCLONAUX, ACIDE NUCLEIQUE LE CODANT ET SON UTILISATION
Abstract: front page image
(EN)Disclosed are a polypeptide capable of increasing the monoclonal antibody production in a eukaryotic cell, a nucleic acid encoding same and a eukaryotic cell transformed with said nucleic acid. The polypeptide and the nucleic acid can be used to increase the production of a monoclonal antibody useful as a medicament for treating various diseases, in a eukaryotic cell.
