Title (EN) PLASMA DISPLAY WITH SPLIT ELECTRODES
(FR) ECRAN PLASMA A ELECTRODES FENDUES
Abstract: front page image
(EN)A method of controlling electrodes (115, 120) of a pixel in a plasma display panel (100). The method includes applying a first voltage to a first electrode (115) of the pixel (105) during a sustain discharge involving the first electrode (115), and applying a second voltage to a second electrode (120) of the pixel (105). The first voltage and the second voltage have a relationship that encourages the sustain discharge to extend to the second electrode (120).
