(EN)Provided herein are novel nucleic acid and amino acids sequences of a phosphoprotein derived from a Guinea pig. Methods and compositions for modulating the phosphorylation of the novel protein in a dopaminergic signaling pathway are also provided. Compounds identified by the disclosed methods may be used to treat disorders characterized by a aberrant or dysfunctional intracellular signaling pathway regulated by DARPP-32.
(FR)L'invention concerne de nouvelles séquences d'acides nucléiques et d'acides aminés d'une phophoprotéine dérivée d'un cobaye. Elle concerne également des procédés et compositions permettant de moduler la phosphorylation de la nouvelle protéine dans une voie de signalisation dopaminergique. Des composés identifiés par ces procédés peuvent être utilisés pour traiter des troubles se caractérisant par une voie de signalisation intracellulaire aberrante ou dysfonctionnelle régulée par DARPP-32.
