(EN)There is provided a device comprising a resistor (R1), a capacitor (C1) and a relay (RL1) and judging acceptableness of a secondary battery. A ripple is forcibly generated in two battery groups of secondary batteries (E1)-(En) by alternately switching the contacts a and b of the relay (RL1). The terminal voltage of each secondary battery in which the ripple is generated is inputted to a ripple detecting section (DET1) where acceptableness of the secondary batteries (E1)-(En) is judged.
(FR)Il est prévu un dispositif comprenant une résistance (R1), un condensateur (C1) et un relais (RL1) et jugeant de l’acceptabilité d’une batterie secondaire. Une ondulation résiduelle est générée de manière forcée dans deux groupes de batteries secondaires (E1)-(En) en commutant en alternance les contacts a et b du relais (RL1). La tension terminale de chaque batterie secondaire dans laquelle l’ondulation résiduelle est générée, est injectée dans une section de détection d’ondulation résiduelle (DET1) où l’on juge de l’acceptabilité des batteries secondaires (E1)-(En).
(JA)抵抗(R1)とコンデンサ(C1)とリレー(RL1)とが備えられ、リレー(RL1)の切り換え接点aおよび切り換え接点bが交互に切り替えることによって、二次電池(E)~二次電池(E)の2つの電池群に強制的にリップルを発生させ、このリップルが生じた各二次電池の端子電圧をリップル検出部(DET1)に入力し、リップル検出部(DET1)によって、二次電池(E)~二次電池(E)のそれぞれの良否を判定する。
