(EN)The present invention relates to a process to pretreat fluid in a magnetic valve, so as to prevent magnetic dirt fluid in a magnetic valve from attaching to magnetic valve seat and hence to prevent a leakage, so that the magnetic valve is kept in operation. The invention therefore provides the process, characterised in that, a permanent magnet is connected upstream of a valve inlet to attract the magnetic dirt, to pretreat fluid, and to prevent valve element from damage. The present invention is suitable for magnetic cut-off valve, magnetic check valve, magnetic reaction trap, etc.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de prétraitement de fluide dans une vanne électromagnétique, permettant d'empêcher la poussière magnétique de la vanne d'adhérer au siège de vanne et donc à la fois d'éviter les fuites et de maintenir la vanne en fonctionnement. On relie un aimant permanent en amont d'une admission de vanne pour attirer la poussière magnétique, en guise de prétraitement, et de protection de l'élément de vanne. L'opération se prête aux vannes de coupure électromagnétiques, aux vannes de retenue électromagnétiques, aux pièges de réaction électromagnétiques, etc.
