(EN)It is intended to provide a method of inducing the differentiation of human pulp cells into odontoblastic cells and a method of regenerating dentin to thereby enable the treatment of patients with dental diseases such as decay. Namely, a method of producing odontoblastic cells the differentiation into which has been induced comprising culturing at least one of isolated human pulp cells and cells capable of differentiating into human pulp cell in the presence of 1,25(dihydroxy)vitamin D3, dexamethasone and &bgr;-glycerophosphate.
(FR)L'intention est de fournir un procédé d'induction de la différenciation de cellules de pulpe humaine dans des cellules odontoblastes et un procédé de régénération de la dentine pour permettre de cette manière le traitement de patients souffrant de maladies dentaires telles que des caries. A savoir, procédé de production de cellules odontoblastes dont la différenciation a été induite comprenant de mettre en culture au moins une des cellules de pulpe humaine isolées et des cellules capables de se différencier en cellule de pulpe humaine en présence de 1,25-(dihydroxy)vitamine D3, de dexaméthasone et de &bgr;-glycérophosphate.
(JA) 本発明の目的は、う蝕などの歯科疾患患者を治療することを可能にするヒト歯髄細胞の象牙芽細胞への分化誘導方法および象牙質の再生方法を提供することである。本発明によれば、分離したヒト歯髄細胞又はヒト歯髄細胞に分化可能な細胞のうち少なくとも1種類を1,25(ジヒドロキシ)ビタミンD3、デキサメタゾン及びβ−グリセロホスフェートの存在下で培養することを含む、分化誘導された象牙芽細胞の製造方法が提供される。
