Abstract
(EN) Therapeutic drug delivery and diagnostics systems comprise biologically active compounds associated with particulate carriers of less than 20nm. These systems can be utilised for targeted modification of growth, development and functions, such as gene expression, protein synthesis, intracellular energy production and transport mechanisms in prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. The systems are also applicable for controlled modification of structural and functional properties of extracellular components and tissue constituents. The characteristics of a biological site are evaluated and an entity is provided which is dependent on the site characteristics. The entity comprises nanoparticles of less than 20nm. A probe comprising nanoparticles of less than 5nm is also provided.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des systèmes d'administration de médicaments thérapeutiques et de diagnostic comprenant des composés actifs associés à des supports particulaires inférieurs à 20nm. Ces systèmes peuvent servir à la modification ciblée de croissance, de développement et de fonctions, telle que l'expression génique, la synthèse de protéines, la production d'énergie intracellulaire et de mécanismes de transport dans des organismes procaryotes et eucaryotes. Ces systèmes peuvent aussi être utilisés en vue de la modification contrôlée de propriétés structurelles et fonctionnelles de composés extracellulaires et de constituants tissulaires. Les caractéristiques d'un site biologique sont évaluées et une entité est obtenue, laquelle dépend des caractéristiques du site. Cette entité comprend des nanoparticules inférieures à 20nm. L'invention porte aussi sur une sonde comprenant des nanoparticules inférieures à 5nm.
