(EN)A method of measuring the activity of homocysteine thiolactone hydrolase in a sample, comprising carrying out mixing and reaction of the sample with ϝ-thiobutyrolactone in the presence of cholinesterase inhibitor and measuring any 4-mercaptobutyric acid formed. This method avoids the need to use a radioactive substrate, so that safety is ensured and handling can be facilitated. Further, the method is free from any influence of biocomponents mixed in a biosample.
(FR)Un procédé de mesure de l'activité de l'homocystéine thiolactone hydrolase dans un échantillon, comprenant la réalisation du mélange et de la réaction de l'échantillon avec une ϝ-thiobutyrolactone en présence d'un inhibiteur de cholinestérase et la mesure de tout acide 4-mercaptobutyrique formé. Ce procédé supprime le besoin d'utiliser un substrat radioactif de telle sorte que l'on garantit la sécurité et que la manipulation peut être facilitée. En outre, le procédé est libre de toute influence provenant de biocomposants mélangés dans un bioéchantillon.
(JA) 試料中のホモシステインチオラクトン加水分解酵素活性の測定方法であって、コリンエステラーゼ阻害剤の存在下にγ-チオブチロラクトンと該試料とを混合して反応させ、生成する4-メルカプト酪酸を測定することによるものである方法が開示されている。該方法は、放射性基質を用いる必要がないため安全且つ操作が簡便であり、生体試料中に混入する生体成分の影響を受けない。
