(EN)Disclosed is a novel method for attaching aldehyde, ketone or carboxyamide derivatives of molecular probes to hydrazide or hydrazine treated solid supports under alkaline conditions. In contrast to chemistries commonly used to attach biologically relevant molecules to a solid support (e.g., thiol or primary amine conjugation chemistry), the hydrazone bonds disclosed here exhibit improved chemical properties (e.g., improved stability in water and resistance to changes in pH and temperature).
(FR)L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de fixation de dérivés d'aldéhyde, de cétone ou de carboxyamide de sondes moléculaires sur des supports solides traités par hydrazide ou hydrazine, dans des conditions alcalines.
