(EN)A process comprises the phases of: activating a pusher (10) which exerts a push force on a plunger (9) of a syringe containing the infusion liquid; measuring the push force by mans of a load cell (14); comparing the push force with a maximum threshold; halting the pusher when the maximum threshold is exceeded; after a predetermined pause, restarting the pusher and emitting a consent signal indicating correct loading of the syringe if, within a certain time from the restart, the push force again exceeds the maximum threshold. The infusion device serves to inject an anticoagulant into an extracorporeal blood circuit. The control process guarantees against loss of infusion due to an incorrect initial loading of the syringe.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé dont les phases consistent à activer un poussoir (10) qui exerce une poussée sur un piston (9) d'une seringue contenant le liquide de perfusion ; à mesurer la poussée au moyen d'une cellule de pesage (14) ; à comparer la poussée à un seuil maximal ; à arrêter le poussoir une fois le seuil maximal dépassé ; à relancer le poussoir après une pause prédéterminée et à émettre un signal d'acceptation indiquant un chargement correct de la seringue si, dans un délai donné à partir du lancement, la poussée dépasse de nouveau le seuil maximal. Le dispositif de perfusion sert à injecter un anticoagulant dans un circuit sanguin extracorporel. Ledit procédé de commande permet de s'assurer contre une perte de perfusion due à un chargement initial incorrect de la seringue.
