Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung und/oder Überwachung eines in einem fluiden Prozessmedium enthaltenen Analyten (15) mit einem Sensor (1), der eine Prozessmembran (7) mit einer porösen Trägerstruktur (17) aufweist, wobei eine luminiszierende, mit dem Analyten (15) bzw. dem gasförmigen Prozessmedium in Kontakt kommende Substanz (16) in der Trägerstruktur (17) eingebettet ist, mit einer Sendeeinheit (3), deren Strahlung die lu­miniszierende Substanz (16) zum Aussenden von Luminiszenzstrahlung anregt, mit einer Emp­fangseinheit (4), die die Luminiszenzstrahlung detektiert, und mit einer Regel-/Auswerteeinheit (9), die anhand der Löschung (Quenching) der Luminiszenzstrahlung der luminiszierenden Substanz (16) die Konzentration bzw. den Partialdruck/ Druck des Analyten (15) ermittelt. Erfin­dungsgemäß besteht die poröse Trägerstruktur (17) aus Kunststoff, Keramik, Metall oder Schaumstoff.

The invention relates to a device for determining and/or monitoring an analyte (15) that is contained in a fluidic process medium. Said device comprises a sensor (1), which contains a process membrane (7) with a porous support structure (17), a luminescent substance that comes into contact with the analyte (15) or gaseous process medium being embedded in said support structure (17), an emitter unit (3), whose radiation excites the luminescent substance (16), causing it to emit luminescent radiation, a receiver unit (4), which detects the luminescent radiation and a regulator and evaluation unit (9), which determines the concentration or the partial pressure or pressure of the analyte (15) using the quenching of the luminescent radiation of the luminescent substance (16). According to the invention, the porous support structure (17) consists of plastic, ceramic, metal or foamed plastic.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour déterminer et/ou surveiller un analyte (15) contenu dans un milieu de traitement fluide comprenant un détecteur (1), qui présente une membrane de traitement (7) présentant une structure de support (17) poreuse, une substance luminescente, venant contact avec l'analyte (15) ou le milieu de traitement sous forme de gaz, étant insérée dans la structure de support (17). Ledit dispositif comprend également une unité d'émission (3), dont le rayonnement excite la substance (16) luminescente, lors de l'envoi d'un rayon luminescent, une unité de réception (4), qui détecte le rayon luminescent, et une unité d'évaluation/ de réglage, qui détecte la concentration ou la pression /pression partielle de l'analyte (15) en fonction de l'extinction du rayon luminescent de la substance luminescente (16). L'invention concerne, en outre, la structure de support (17) poreuse comprenant de la matière synthétique, de la céramique, du métal ou de la mousse.
