Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Expression eines oder mehrerer Fremdgene in Eukaryontenzellen, bei dem der Energiestoffwechsel der Zellen durch Einbringen von Nukleinsäuresequenzen, die Zucker-Transportproteine kodieren und deren Expression mit der Fremdgen-Expression verknüpft ist, verbessert wird, sowie geeignete transformierte Zellen hierfür und deren Verwendung. Die Nukleinsäuresequenzen kodieren insbesondere für Glukosetransportproteine wie GLUT-1.

The invention relates to a method for expressing one or more foreign genes in eukaryote cells, wherein the energy metabolism of the cells is improved by introducing nucleic acid sequences which encode sugar carrier proteins and whose expression is linked to the expression of the foreign gene. The invention also relates to suitable transformed cells and to the use thereof. More particularly the nucleic acid sequences encode glucose carrier proteins such as GLUT-1.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour exprimer un ou plusieurs gènes étrangers dans des cellules eucaryotes. Selon ce procédé, le métabolisme énergétique des cellules est amélioré par insertion de séquences d'acide nucléique qui codent pour des protéines de transport du glucose et dont l'expression est liée à celle du/des gène(s) étranger(s). La présente invention se rapporte en outre à des cellules transformées conçues pour ledit procédé, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation desdites cellules. Les séquences d'acide nucléique codent en particulier pour des protéines de transport du glucose, telles que GLUT-1.
