Abstract

Transparent curable compositions which can be of the one-pack type and give a cured article excellent in strength, elongation at break, weatherability, and adhesion. One of the curable compositions comprises 100 parts by weight of a vinyl polymer (I) which has a crosslinkable silyl group and in which the main chain has been produced by the living radical polymerization method and 1 to 200 parts by weight of finely powdery hydrophobic silica (II). The other curable composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a vinyl polymer (I) which has at least one crosslinkable silyl group and in which the main chain has been produced by the living radical polymerization method and 1 to 200 parts by weight of a graft copolymer (III) obtained by graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer with an acrylic-ester-based crosslinked rubbery polymer.

Des compositions transparentes pouvant être vulcanisées qui peuvent être de type en ballot unique et qui donnent un article vulcanisé excellent en termes de résistance, d'élongation à la cassure, de tenue aux intempéries et d'adhérence. L'une des compositions pouvant être vulcanisées comprend 100 parties en poids d'un polymère de vinyle (I) qui comporte un groupement silyle pouvant être réticulé et dans lequel la chaîne principale a été fabriquée par le procédé de polymérisation par radicaux libres et de 1 à 200 parties en poids d'une silice hydrophobe en poudre fine (II). L'autre composition pouvant être vulcanisée comprend 100 parties en poids d'un polymère de vinyle (I) qui comporte au moins un groupement silyle pouvant être réticulé et dans lequel la chaîne principale a été fabriquée par le procédé de polymérisation par radicaux libres et de 1 à 200 parties en poids d'un copolymère greffé (III) obtenu par polymérisation avec greffage d'un monomère de vinyle avec un polymère de caoutchouc réticulé à base d'ester acrylique.

 本発明の目的は、1液型とすることが可能であり、硬化物の強度、破断時の伸び、耐候性、接着性が優れた、透明な硬化性組成物を提供することである。  本発明は、架橋性シリル基を有し、主鎖がリビングラジカル重合法により製造されたビニル系重合体(I)100重量部、及び、疎水性微粉末シリカ(II)1~200重量部を含有してなる硬化性組成物である。また、架橋性シリル基を少なくとも1個有し、主鎖がリビングラジカル重合法により製造されたビニル系重合体(I)100重量部、及び、アクリル酸エステル系架橋ゴム状重合体にビニル系単量体をグラフト重合して得られるグラフト共重合体(III)1~200重量部を含有してなる硬化性組成物でもある。
