An in-wheel motor system, wherein the non-rotating side case and the knuckle of a motor are connected to each other through a motor mounting plate (11), a knuckle mounting plate (12), and a damper (16) connecting these plates (11) and (12) to each other and operating in the vertical direction of a vehicle. A first linear guide (13) formed of a linear bearing (13A) and a rod (13B) and a second linear guide (14) formed of a linear bearing (14A) and a rod (14B) are integrally installed on a mounting member (12m) installed on the side face of the knuckle mounting plate (12). Also, spring members (15) and (15) are installed between receiving members (11m) and (11m) supporting both ends of the rod (14B) of the second linear guide (14) installed on the motor mounting plate (11) and a fixed part (12k) of the mounting member (12m) fixing the second linear guide (14). Thus, the rigidity of a damping mechanism floatingly mounting the in-wheel motor on the underbody components of the vehicle can be increased.

Un système de moteur électrique intégré aux roues, dans lequel le carter du côté non rotatif et l’articulation d’un moteur sont liés l’un à l’autre par une plaque de montage de moteur électrique (11), une plaque de montage d’articulation (12), et un amortisseur (16) reliant ces plaques (11) et (12) l’une à l’autre et fonctionnant dans le sens vertical d’un véhicule. Un premier guidage linéaire (13) formé d’un palier linéaire à billes (13A) et d’une tige (13B) ainsi qu’un deuxième guidage linéaire (14) formé par un palier linéaire à billes (14A) et d’une tige (14B) sont installés intégralement sur un organe de montage (12m) lui-même installé sur la face latérale de la plaque de montage d’articulation (12). En outre, des organes à ressort (15) et (15) sont installés entre les organes de réception (11m) et (11m) soutenant les deux extrémités de la tige (14B) du second guidage linéaire (14) installé sur la plaque de montage du moteur (11) et une partie fixée (12k) de l’organe de montage (12m) fixant le second guidage linéaire (14). Il est ainsi possible d’accroître la rigidité d’un mécanisme d’amortissage monté de manière flottante dans un moteur électrique intégré aux roues sur les composants de soubassement de carrosserie du véhicule.

 モータの非回転側ケースとナックルとを、モータ取付けプレート11とナックル取付けプレート12と、これらのプレート11,12を結合する、車輌上下方向に作動するダンパー16とにより連結するとともに、リニアベアリング13Aとロッド13Bとから成る第1の直動ガイド13とリニアベアリング14Aとロッド14Bとから成る上記第2の直動ガイド14とを、上記ナックル取付けプレート12の側面に設けられた取付部材12mに一体に取付け、更に、上記モータ取付けプレート11に設けられた、上記第2の直動ガイド14のロッド14Bの両端を支持する受け部材11m,11mと上記取付部材12mの上記第2の直動ガイド14を固定する固定部12kとの間にバネ部材15,15を装着する構成とすることにより、インホイールモータを車輌足回り部品に対してフローティングマウントする緩衝機構の剛性を高めるようにした。
