Abstract

Disclosed is a keyless system for operating and accessing a vehicle such as an automobile, truck, minivan, bus, airplane, train, boat, etc. Preferably, the user's fingerprint is his or her 'right of passage' into the vehicle. The system includes fingerprint triggered access to the physical inside space of a vehicle and along with other commands, preferably voice activated and/or card/card reader, control the vehicle's various systems. The system is designed to perform optimally in less than perfect environmental conditions and is preferably provided with its own source of energy. The system also includes a controller (2) and interface in communication with a fingerprint sensor.

La présente invention se rapporte à un système sans clé permettant la conduite et l'ouverture d'un véhicule tel qu'une automobile, un camion, une mini-fourgonnette, un autobus, un avion, un train, un bateau, etc.. De préférence, les empreintes de l'utilisateur constituent son 'droit de passage' pour accéder au véhicule. Ce système permet un accès déclenché par les empreintes digitales à l'espace intérieur physique d'un véhicule et il permet de commander les divers systèmes du véhicule en association à d'autres moyens de commande, de préférence un lecteur de carte à carte et/ou à commande vocale. Ce système est conçu pour fonctionner de manière optimale dans des conditions d'environnement imparfaites et il dispose de préférence de sa propre source d'énergie. Ce système comprend en outre une unité de commande (2) et une interface en communication avec un capteur d'empreinte digitale (1).
