Abstract

A system for tracking a mobile target, comprising at least three fixed directional acoustic detectors and an acoustic source as the mobile target, or at least three fired directional acoustic sources and an acoustic detector on the target, the at least three detectors in the first case or the detector in the second case providing corresponding respective electrical output signals which are arranged to be chromatically processed whereby to yield chromatic parameters whose values are dependent upon the target position.

L'invention concerne un système de suivi d'une cible mobile comprenant au moins trois détecteurs acoustiques de direction fixes et une source acoustique comme cible mobile ou au moins trois sources acoustiques de direction fixes et un détecteur acoustique sur la cible, les trois détecteurs dans le premier cas ou le détecteur dans le second cas fournissant des signaux de sortie électriques respectifs correspondants disposés de manière à être traités de façon chromatique, aux fins de production de paramètres chromatiques dont les valeurs sont dépendantes de la position de la cible.
