Abstract

A disc molding die, which can uniformly cool a molding object and does not generate printing nonuniformity in a printing area of the molding object, and a molded object are provided. The disc molding die is provided with a first die plate, a first mirror-surface plate, a second die plate arranged to freely advance and retreat to and from the first die plate, a second mirror-surface plate for forming a cavity with the first mirror-surface plate in a clamping state, a stamper (32), which is attached to one of the first and the second mirror-surface plates and has a fine pattern formed on its front edge plane, and a bush (55) arranged by penetrating the other of the first and the second mirror-surface plates. On a front edge plane of the above mentioned the other mirror-surface plate, the bush (55) is arranged inner than an area for forming a clamp area in a diameter direction. In this case, since an area of a front edge plane of the bush (55) becomes small, molding object cooling performance is prevented from deteriorating.

Sont fournis un poinçon de moulage de disque, capable de refroidir de manière uniforme un objet de moulage, qui ne génère pas de non uniformité à l'impression dans une zone d'impression de l'objet de moulage ainsi qu'un objet moulé. Le poinçon de moulage de disque est fourni avec une première plaque de poinçon, une première plaque à surface miroir, une seconde plaque de poinçon agencée de manière à avancer et à se retirer librement de la première plaque de poinçon, une seconde plaque à surface miroir pour former une cavité avec la première plaque à surface miroir dans une situation de serrage, une machine à poinçonner (32) qui est attachée à la première ou à la seconde plaque à surface miroir et qui possède un motif fin formé sur son plan avant et une douille (55) agencée par la pénétration de l'autre surface miroir. Sur un plan avant de l'autre plaque à surface miroir indiquée, la douille (55) est agencée à l'intérieur d'une zone pour former une zone de serrage dans la direction du diamètre. Dans ce cas, puisqu'une zone du plan avant de la douille (55) rétrécit, les performances de refroidissement de l'objet de moulage ne se détériorent pas.

成形品を均一に冷却することができ、成形品の印刷領域に印刷むらが発生することがないディスク成形用金型及び成形品を提供する。第1の型板と、第1の鏡面板と、前記第1の型板に対して進退自在に配設された第2の型板と、型締状態において、前記第1の鏡面板との間にキャビティ空間を形成する第2の鏡面板と、第1、第2の鏡面板のうちの一方の鏡面板に取り付けられ、前端面に微細パターンが形成されたスタンパ32と、第1、第2の鏡面板のうちの他方の鏡面板を貫通して配設されたブシュ55とを有する。そして、前記他方の鏡面板の前端面において、クランプエリアを形成するための領域より径方向内方にブシュ55が配設される。この場合、前記ブシュ55の前端面の面積が小さくなるので、成形品を冷却する能力が低くなるのを防止することができる。
