Treibmittelhaltige, mehrphasige Polymermischung mit Domänen im Bereich von 5 bis 200 nm, wobei die Löslichkeit des Treibmittels in der die Domänen bildenden Phase mindestens doppelt so hoch ist, als in den angrenzenden Phasen sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung und Expansion zu nanoporösen Polymerschaumstoffen.

The invention relates to a multiphase polymer mixture containing a foaming agent and domains of between 5 and 200 nm, the solubility of the foaming agent in the phase forming the domains being twice as high as in the adjacent phases. The invention also relates to methods for producing and expanding said mixture in order to form nanoporous polymer foams.

L'invention concerne un mélange polymère multiphase, contenant un agent d'expansion et comprenant des domaines allant de 5 à 200 nm. La solubilité de l'agent d'expansion dans la phase formant les domaines est au moins deux fois plus élevée que celle dans les phases voisines. L'invention concerne également des procédés de production et d'expansion servant à obtenir des mousses polymères nanoporeuses.
