Abstract

A method for separating and purifying a nucleic acid, which comprises: (1) adsorbing the nucleic acid to a nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane by passing a sample solution containing the nucleic acid through the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane; (2) washing the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane by passing a washing solution through the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane, while the nucleic acid is adsorbed to the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane; and (3) desorbing the nucleic acid from the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane by passing a recovering solution through the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane, wherein the nucleic acid adsorbing porous membrane is a porous membrane that has a contact angle of 60 degree or less after 17 m seconds of contact of the porous membrane with 3 ml of water dropped to the porous membrane.

Il est prévu un procédé de séparation et de purification d’un acide nucléique, consistant à : (1) adsorber l’acide nucléique dans une membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique en faisant passer une solution échantillon contenant l’acide nucléique à travers la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique ; (2) laver la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique en faisant passer une solution de lavage à travers la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique, tandis que l’acide nucléique est adsorbé dans la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique ; et (3) désorber l’acide nucléique de la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique en faisant passer une solution de récupération à travers la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique, tandis que la membrane poreuse adsorbant l'acide nucléique est une membrane poreuse ayant un angle de contact inférieur ou égal à 60 degrés après 17 m secondes de contact de la membrane poreuse avec 3 ml d’eau distillée sur la membrane poreuse.
