Abstract

An adhesive film from which there can be obtained a flexible metal-clad laminate having any occurrence of dimensional change suppressed in the fabrication according to laminating method. There is provided an adhesive film comprising a polyimide film and, superimposed on at least one major surface thereof, an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide and further provided a relevant flexible metal-clad laminate. The polyimide film is formed through the step (A) of mixing a polyamide acid solution with a dehydrating agent/imidizing catalyst, effecting flow casting of the mixture on a support and forming a gel film; the step (B) of detaching the gel film and fixing both ends thereof; and the step (C) of relaxing the film having both ends thereof fixed in the direction of TD and carrying out conveyance while heating.

L'invention concerne un film adhésif qui peut servir à obtenir un matériau laminé flexible plaqué avec un métal et dans lequel on a supprimé, lors de la fabrication par un procédé de laminage, tout changement dimensionnel. L'invention concerne un film adhésif comprenant un film polyimide et, superposée à au moins une surface principale de ce dernier, une couche adhésive contenant un polyimide thermoplastique, ainsi qu'un matériau laminé flexible plaqué avec un métal. Le film polyimide est formé entre le stade (A) de mélangeage d'une solution d'acide polyamide avec un agent de déshydratation / un catalyseur d'imidisation, de moulage du mélange sur un support et de formation d'un film de gel; le stade (B) de détachement du film de gel et de fixation de ses deux extrémités; et le stade (C) de libération du film dont les deux extrémités sont fixés dans la direction de TD et de transport pendant le réchauffement.
