Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (1) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hohl- oder Schalenprofils (2) mit einem Innenhochdruckumform-(IHU)-Werkzeug (3), aufweisend zumindest eine Matrize (4,5), in der ein zu einem Hohl- oder Schalenprofil (2) umzuformendes Bauteil aufgenommen wird, zumindest einen in Axial-/Längsrichtung des Hohl- oder Schalenprofils (2) an die Matrize (4,5) anlegbaren und diese abdichtenden Stempel (8). Um in einfacher Weise eine Herstellung von IHU-Bauteilen mit einstückig mit diesen verbundenen Fügeflanschen zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass in das IHU-Werkzeug (3) mindestens zwei radial verfahrbare Ausklinkstempel (14) zur Ausbildung von in Umfangsrichtung voneinander beabstandeten Ausklinkungen (22) integriert sind, dass die Einrichtung (1) eine zu den Ausklinkstempeln (14) separate Trennvorrichtung zur Durchtrennung des Bauteils zwischen den in Bauteillängsrichtung verlaufenden seitlichen Ausklinkungsrändern (29), unter Bildung eines Verlängerungsabschnitts (27), und eine Biegevorrichtung zum Umbiegen des Verlängerungsabschnitts (27) außerhalb des IHU-Werkzeuges (3) zu einem Flanschabschnitt des Hohl- oder Schalenprofils (2) beinhaltet.
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1) and a method for producing a hollow section or shell section (2) by means of a hydroforming tool (3) comprising at least one die (4, 5), in which a component that is to be formed into a hollow section or shell section (2) is placed and at least one upper die (8) that can be laid on the die (4, 5) in the axial or longitudinal direction of the hollow section or shell section (2), sealing the die. The aim of the invention is to facilitate the production of hydroformed components comprising connecting flanges that are formed as one piece with said components. To achieve this, at least two radially displaceable notching dies (14) are integrated into the hydroforming tool (3) to configure notches (22) that are located at a distance from one another around the periphery and the device (1) has a separation unit that is not associated with the notching dies (14) for separating the component between the lateral notch edges (29) that run in the longitudinal direction of the component, thus forming an extended section (27). The device also comprises a bending unit for bending the extended section (27) outside of the hydroforming tool (3) to form a flange section of the hollow section or shell section (2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (1), et un procédé pour produire un profilé en coque et un profilé creux (2) comprenant un outil (3) de moulage par haute pression interne (IHU), présentant au moins une matrice (4, 5), dans laquelle un composant à transformer en profilé en coque et en profilé creux est placé, au moins une matrice supérieure (8) à calfeutrer et à établir sur la matrice (4, 5) dans le sens longitudinal axial du profilé (2) en coque ou de profilés creux. L'objectif de l'invention est de faciliter la production de composants IHU, rassemblés en une pièce par des brides d'assemblage. A cet effet, au moins deux matrices d'encoches(14), pouvant fonctionner radialement, sont intégrées dans l'outil IHU (3) de manière à former des entailles (22) dans le sens périphérique, et espacées les unes des autres, de sorte que le dispositif (1) contienne un dispositif de séparation séparé des matrices d'encoches (14) permettant de séparer le composant entre les bords des entailles (29), lors de la formation d'une partie allongée (27), et un dispositif de courbure permettant de courber la partie allongée (27) à l'extérieur de l'outil IHU (3) vers une bride du profilé creux et du profilé en coque (2).
