(EN)The invention relates to using substentially insoluble vegetable fibres embodied in the form of microparticles at least 90 % in weight of which has a size less than 700 $g(m)m as ingredients for preparing a nutritional composition for reducing a mycotoxin bioavailability in a human being or an animal during ingestion of a food contaminated by said micotoxins.
(FR)La présente Invention est relative à l'utilisation de fibres végétales essentiellement insolubles se présentant sous la forme de microparticules dont au moins 90 % en poids présentent une taille inférieure à 700 µm à titre d'ingrédient dans la préparation d'une composition alimentaire destinée à diminuer la biodisponibilité des mycotoxines chez l'homme ou l'animal lors de l'ingestion d'un aliment susceptible d'être contaminé par lesdites mycotoxines.
