Abstract:
(EN) Sensor devices are disclosed possessing substrates having enhanced resistance to solvents. The sensor device (10) has a sensor region (12) deposited on a substrate (14). In optional embodiments, a protecting layer (16) is applied over the sensor region. The substrates include polycarbonates combined with solvent resistance-imparting monomers that result in a copolycarbonate substrate immune to attack by organic solvents commonly used in sensor deposition and improve the quality of the deposited sensor regions.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à des dispositifs capteurs présentant une résistance améliorée aux solvants. Le dispositif capteur (10) comporte une zone de capteur (12) déposée sur un substrat (14). Dans des modes de réalisation facultatifs, une couche de protection (16) est appliquée sur la zone de capteur. Les substrats comprennent des polycarbonates combinés avec des monomères procurant une résistance aux solvants, ce qui permet d'obtenir un substrat de copolycarbonate protégé contre l'attaque de solvants organiques couramment utilisés en dépôt de capteurs et d'améliorer la qualité des zones de capteur déposées.
