Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Abquetschen und Abdichten eines Rohres, wobei das Rohr (24) zwischen einer Sonotrode (10) und einem dieser zugeordneten Amboss (22) einer Ultraschallschweißvorrichtung angeordnet ist, die Sonotrode erregt und relativ zu der Gegenelektrode zum Abquetschen und Abdichten des Rohres verstellt wird. Um ein automatisches Abquetschen und Abdichten eines Rohres zu ermöglichen, ohne dass zuvor individuell die Daten des Rohres in eine Ultraschallschweißvorrichtung einzugeben sind, wird vorgeschlagen: - Anordnen des Rohres und Fixieren dieses zwischen der Sonotrode und dem Amboss, - Bestimmen zumindest einer charakteristischen Größe des Rohres bei zwischen der Sonotrode und dem Amboss fixiertem Rohr, - Abrufen von abgelegten Schweißparametern unter Zugrundelegung der zumindest einen charakteristischen Größe und - Erregen der Sonotrode und Relativbewegung der Sonotrode und dem Amboss zueinander zum Abquetschen und Abdichten des Rohres.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for consolidating and sealing a tube. According to the method, the tube (24) is positioned between a sonotrode (10) and an anvil (22) of an ultrasonic welding device that is associated with the latter, the sonotrode is activated and is displaced in relation to the counter-electrode for consolidating and sealing a tube. The aim of the invention is to automate the consolidation and sealing of a tube without individually entering the data of the tube into an ultrasonic welding device in advance. To achieve this, the tube is positioned and fixed between the sonotrode and the anvil, at least one characteristic variable of the tube is determined when said tube is fixed between the sonotrode and the anvil, stored welding parameters are retrieved based on the characteristic variable(s), the sonotrode is activated and the sonotrode is displaced in relation to the anvil in order to consolidate and seal the tube.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour comprimer et boucher un tube, le tube (24) étant disposé entre une sonotrode (10) et une enclume (22) associée d'un dispositif de soudage par ultrasons qui active la sonotrode et la déplace relativement à une contre-électrode pour comprimer et boucher le tube. L'invention vise à automatiser la compression et le bouchage du tube sans que les données individuelles de ce tube soient au préalable entrées dans le dispositif de soudage par ultrasons. A cet effet, le tube est placé et fixé entre la sonotrode et l'enclume, au moins une caractéristique du tube est déterminée lorsque celui-ci se trouve entre la sonotrode et l'enclume, des paramètres de soudage mémorisés sont interrogés sur la base de la caractéristique déterminée, la sonotrode est activée et mise en mouvement relativement à l'enclume pour comprimer et boucher le tube.
