(EN)In an eco-friendly method of recycling a fluorescent lamp capable of reducing energy consumption and a recycling apparatus for performing the recycling method, broken pieces of fluorescent lamps are heated at a temperature of about 100? to about 330? to form a gas containing a mercury vapor. The gas containing the mercury vapor is cooled at a temperature of about -38? to about 0? to form a liquid mercury. The liquid mercury is collected. Therefore, the broken pieces of the fluorescent lamps are heated at the temperature no higher than the boiling point of mercury so that an energy consumption and a size of the recycling apparatus are decreased, and a probability for the recycling apparatus to malfunction may also be decreased.
(FR)Dans un procédé écologique de recyclage de lampes fluorescentes capable de réduire la consommation d'énergie et un dispositif de recyclage servant à appliquer ce procédé de recyclage, les parties brisées de lampes fluorescentes sont portées à une température comprise entre environ 100 °C et environ 330 °C pour former un gaz contenant de la vapeur de mercure. Le gaz contenant la vapeur de mercure est refroidi jusqu'à environ 38 °C/environ 0 °C pour obtenir du mercure liquide. Le mercure liquide est recueilli. Les parties brisées des lampes fluorescentes sont alors portées à une température égale ou inférieure à celle du point d'ébullition du mercure, de manière à réduire consommation d'énergie et la taille du dispositif de recyclage, et éventuellement diminuer le risque de dysfonctionnement du dispositif de recyclage.
