Abstract

An electrophotographic photoreceptor having an excellent repetition stability and an excellent environment characteristic and including a conductive substrate on which the defects are covered without marring its excellent electrophotographic characteristics. The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a conductive support and a photosensitive layer formed over the conductive support, with an under coat layer interposed therebetween. The electrophotographic photoreceptor is characterized in that the under coat layer contains a polyimide resin, and the photosensitive layer contains, as a charge generating agent, oxytitanium phthalocyanine the X-ray diffraction spectrum of which shows main diffraction peak intensities at the Bragg angle (2&thetas;±0.2°) 7.5° and 28.6° when measured using CuK&agr; as the radiation source.

L'invention concerne un photorécepteur électrophotographique possédant une excellente stabilité de répétition et une excellente caractéristique environnementale et comprenant un substrat conducteur sur lequel les défauts sont recouverts sans que cela nuise à ses excellentes caractéristiques électrophotographiques. Le photorécepteur électrophotographique possède un support conducteur et une couche photosensible formée sur le support conducteur, une sous-couche de revêtement étant prévue entre elles. Le photorécepteur électrophotographique se caractérise en ce que la sous-couche de revêtement contient une résine de polyimide et que la couche photosensible contient, en tant qu'agent générateur de charge, de la phtalocyanine d'oxytitane dont le spectre de diffraction aux rayons X présente des intensités maximales de diffraction avec un angle de Bragg (2$g(u)?0,2°) 7,5° et 28,6° lorsque la mesure s'effectue avec une CuK$g(a) comme source de rayonnement.

 本発明は、優れた電子写真特性を損なうことなく導電性基板上の欠陥を被覆し、繰り返し安定性や環境特性に優れた電子写真感光体を提供することを目的とする。  本発明は、導電性支持体上に下引層を介して感光層を形成した電子写真感光体において、該下引層がポリイミド樹脂を含有し、かつ前記感光層中の電荷発生剤として、CuKαを線源とするX線回折スペクトルにおいてブラッグ角(2θ±0.2°)7.5°及び28.6°に主たる回折ピーク強度を示すオキシチタニウムフタロシアニンを含有することを特徴とする電子写真感光体に関する。
