Abstract
(EN) A biodegradable composite staple fiber which comprises an aromatic aliphatic polyester component exhibiting biodegradability and having a melting point in the range of 180 to 250°C as a first component and a thermoplastic polyester component exhibiting biodegradability and having a melting point in the range of 80 to 150°C as a second component, wherein at least a part of the above second component is exposed on the surface of the fiber, and wherein physical property values in the following (1) and (2) are satisfied: (1) 3 % or less in terms of the dry thermal shrinking percentage of a single fiber, as measured according to JIS-L-1015 (dry thermal shrinking) under the conditions wherein temperature is 100°C, time is 15 minutes and initial load is 0.018 mN/dtex (2 mg/d), and (2) 8 % or less in terms of the dry thermal shrinking percentage of a single fiber, as measured according to JIS-L-1015 (dry thermal shrinking), under the conditions wherein temperature is 140°C, time is 15 minutes and initial load is 0.018 mN/dtex (2 mg/d); a non-woven fabric, a thermally adhesive non-woven fabric using the composite staple fiber; and a method for producing the composite staple fiber. The composite staple fiber is reduced in thermally shrinking property, has biodegradability, is bulky and exhibits soft feeling.
(FR) L'invention concerne une fibre composite biodégradable qui renferme, comme premier composé, un composé de polyester aliphatique aromatique présentant une certaine biodégradabilité et un point de fusion compris entre 180 et 250 °C et, comme second composé, un composé de polyester thermoplastique possédant une certaine biodégradabilité et un point de fusion allant de 80 à 150 °C, au moins une partie du second composé susmentionné étant exposée sur la surface de la fibre. Ainsi, des valeurs de propriété physique dans les points suivants (1) et (2) sont satisfaites : (1) 3 % tout au plus du pourcentage de rétrécissement thermique à sec d'une seule fibre, comme mesuré selon JIS-L-1015 (rétrécissement thermique à sec) dans des conditions où la température est égale à 100 °C, la durée est de 15 minutes et la charge initiale est égale à 0,018 mN/dtex (2 mg/d), et (2) 8 % tout au plus du pourcentage de rétrécissement thermique à sec d'une seule fibre, comme mesuré selon JIS-L-1015 (rétrécissement thermique à sec), dans des conditions où la température est de 140 °C, la durée est de 15 minutes et la charge initiale est égale à 0,018mN/dtex (2 mg/d). Cette invention a aussi pour objet un tissu non tissé, un tissu non tissé thermoadhésif utilisant la fibre composite, et un procédé de production de ladite fibre. Cette fibre composite présente une diminution de sa propriété de rétrécissement thermique, une certaine biodégradabilité, un certain volume et un toucher doux.
(JA)  本発明は、加熱収縮性が小さく生分解性を有し、嵩高で、風合いの柔軟な生分解性複合短繊維、不織布、熱接着不織布及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、融点が180~250°Cの範囲内にある生分解性を有する芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル成分を第1成分とし、融点が80°C~150°Cの範囲内にある生分解性を有する熱可塑性ポリエステル成分を第2成分とし、前記第二成分の少なくとも一部が繊維表面に露出した複合短繊維であって、下記(1)及び(2)の物性値を満たす。(1)JIS−L−1015(乾熱収縮率)に準じ、温度100°C、時間15分間、初荷重0.018mN/dtex(2mg/d)における単繊維乾熱収縮率が3%以下。(2)JIS−L−1015(乾熱収縮率)に準じ、温度140°C、時間15分間、初荷重0.018mN/dtex(2mg/d)における単繊維乾熱収縮率が8%以下。
